Well it's Monday again, so it's time to start planning those dinners. This will be will an easy week for dinners. I will be eating out twice and traveling for work on Friday, so it might be a on your own night too. Here's what we got.
Monday - Veggie and Black Bean Quesadillas and a salad to use up our fresh produce
Tuesday - Dinner out with a friend, Adam is on his own
Wednesday - Adam and I have dinner out
Thursday - Burgers on the grill, salad, and homemade sweet potato "fries" (Veggie for me, regular for Adam
Friday - On your own or Cottage cheese and noodles
