Well today ended up being a pretty active day for me. I not only ran my 6 mile tempo run, but I did abs (still working on my abs from my pregnancy) and walked 1.5 miles to the doctors office and back. My eating went well today too.
Breakfast - Kashi Vive and skim milk
Lunch - Homemade Tuna Salad Salad with reduced fat salad dressing
Snack - Baked Cheetos and sparkling water
Dinner - Enchilada Casserole and some broccoli with lowfat cheese sauce
Snack - I bought some new ice cream, so I will probably have to try it tonight. :)
I am exhausted. Hope and I had a very busy and productive day, so I am hoping to get to bed early tonight.
