Well it's Monday, so it's time for me to start thinking about dinners for the week. I only have to think about dinner for 4 nights, because we already have plans on Friday.
Monday - Leftovers (Buttermilk pancakes for me, Chicken Burrito for Adam)
Tuesday - "Fried" chicken and fish (I will tweak this recipe to use a lot less butter and sub olive oil) with buttermilk biscuits and broccoli
Wednesday - Chinese Spaghetti and Meatballs
Thursday - Sirloin (for Adam) and Spiced Quinoa with a salad
Friday - Braves Game, dinner at the park
